How long is the delivery time?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected delivery method. The estimated delivery time for your order is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If a product is available for pre-order, this will be stated on the product page together with information about its expected availability.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been distributed from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your order's "status page". From this page there is a link that leads directly to tracking information for your order.
How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping above a certain order value in most EU markets. The applicable threshold varies by market. Please check your local Decor Room store for current information. Current shipping costs and any applicable free shipping are always shown at checkout.
Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your order. As long as the order has not already been processed, packed or shipped, we can in many cases help you change, for example, the quantity or product variant.
However, certain changes cannot be made retrospectively. Discount codes or VAT numbers cannot be added to an order that has already been placed. If a VAT number was entered when the order was placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order afterwards.
My package was damaged when I received it – what should I do?
If the package is damaged upon collection or delivery, report this directly to the pickup point or driver when receiving the shipment. Ask the carrier to note the damage, take photos clearly showing the damage and keep the packaging. If one or more products are damaged, contact our customer service as soon as possible and include photos of the damage.
Are screws included with handles & knobs?
Yes, screws for installation are included with our handles and knobs. The vast majority are supplied with a 25 mm M4 screw, which normally fits cabinet doors and drawer fronts approximately 18–22 mm thick. A small number of products, such as profile handles, use other types of screws. In these cases, this is stated under Specifications on the product page.
If you have thinner or thicker fronts, M4 screws in several different lengths are available to purchase separately from us. As a guideline, the screw should be approximately 3–8 mm longer than the thickness of the material.

What is c/c measurement?
The distance between the screw holes is called C/C measurement and stands for center to center, it is always written in millimeters. You can easily obtain your existing C/C measurement by measuring the distance between the centers of the screw holes. Once you have measured which C/C measurement you want, you can easily filter it on our website to only get the measurements you are looking for through our filter function in the catalog view.
What standard should I choose for door handles?
We offer door handles with both European and Scandinavian standards. The difference lies in the dimensions and design.
European Standard:
European standard door handles usually follow a CC measurement of 38 mm. The CC measurement (Center-to-Center) refers to the distance between the handle mounts on the door and is the most common in Europe. Note that the CC measurement may vary depending on the manufacturer and model.
Scandinavian Standard:
Scandinavian standard door handles usually follow a CC measurement of 30 mm. This CC measurement refers to the distance between the handle brackets on the door and is the most common in Scandinavia.
Can I return an opened or tried-on item?
Yes, we accept returns on opened or tried-on items as long as they are returned in complete condition and show no signs of use or assembly. We understand that it can be important to test or research an item before making a decision. To facilitate the return process, we ask that you ensure that the item is complete and in its original condition when returning. Can you mount hooks as knobs and vice versa?
Yes, it is possible to mount our hooks as knobs and vice versa as they have the same internal thread.
